Any disputes arising in connection with this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

PAYMENT & BANK STATEMENT DESCRIPTOR

* We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED (or other agreed currencies).
* Important: Please note that your purchase will appear on your bank statement under the descriptor "EKKRA-KREATIVFY" or "KREATIVFY".
* The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
* All credit/debit cards' details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.

CUSTOMIZED & MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Kreativfy specializes in made-to-order and personalized apparel and decor.
* Production: Since each item is crafted specifically for you upon order, production times may vary.
* Personalization: Customers are responsible for the accuracy of any designs, text, or images uploaded for customization. We reserve the right to refuse designs that violate intellectual property rights or UAE public morals.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

* Kreativfy will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
* A single order may be split into multiple shipments, depending on the availability of items and production locations.
* The customer will be notified of shipping charges at the checkout page before the final purchase.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

* Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
* As our products are made-to-order, returns are only accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect or if the incorrect item was received. Please contact support@kreativfy.ae within 30 days of receipt to initiate a claim.
